On Highway 99, going North: Continue past downtown Sacramento, where 99 North joins Business 80 East The first exit after you've passed downtown is Exposition Boulevard. You can see CalExpo on your right. Take the east (first) exit. CalExpo is still on your right. Follow the signs to the main gate. On Interstate 5, going North or South: At the junction with Highway 50, go east. At the junction with Business 80, go north. The first exit after you've passed downtown is Exposition Boulevard. You can see CalExpo on your right. Take the east (first) exit. CalExpo is still on your right. Follow the signs to the main gate. On Interstate 80, going West: At the junction with Business 80, go south (there is no north -- just take Business 80 to Downtown). You want the Exposition Boulevard exit. It is immediately after the Arden Way exit and the Highway 16 split (they are almost simultaneous). Now you are on the off ramp. Stay to the left. Make a left turn at the stop sign. You are now on Exposition Boulevard. The road goes over the freeway you just exited. You want to be in the right lane. You can see CalExpo on your right. Follow the signs to the main gate. On Interstate 80, going East: Take the Watt Avenue South exit. Stay in the right lane. There will be one stop light and then you want to take the on ramp to Business 80 West. You want the Exposition Boulevard exit. It is immediately after the Arden Way exit and the Highway 16 split (they are almost simultaneous). Now you are on the off ramp. Stay to the left. Make a left turn at the stop sign. You are now on Exposition Boulevard. The road goes over the freeway you just exited. You want to be in the right lane. You can see CalExpo on your right.
